Night Supervision
Night Supervision is provided to ensure individuals are safe during overnight hours, as required under 245D when identified in the support plan.
This includes:
- Awake staff available throughout the night
- Monitoring safety and responding to needs
- Assistance with nighttime routines or concerns
All overnight services follow health and safety protocols and documentation standards.
