How Services Are Delivered
Services are provided based on the individual’s waiver authorization and Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP). Support may be delivered by phone for immediate guidance or in person when necessary.
All incidents are handled following 245D health, safety, and reporting requirements, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
